About SCGA Member Outings
SCGA Member Outings offer members of all skill levels access and opportunities to experience golf in a non-competitive setting at premiere destinations throughout Southern California and abroad. Sign up with friends or join as a single and we’ll handle the rest! Open to all participants with a valid SCGA Membership. A Golf Genius user profile is required during registration. Set one up here if this is your first outing with us.
Bandon Dunes Golf Resort
Join us at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort for a truly remarkable golf experience along the Oregon Coast. This trip covers five days, four nights, four rounds of golf, closet-to-the-pin contests, and three hosted dinners inclusive of service charges, resort fees, and taxes. Bandon Dunes is a walking only golf resort. Caddie services may be arranged in advance at your own expense.
Registration Opens: Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 8 a.m.
*New for 2026, all participants will be place on a Pending List, and a Lottery will award spots no later than December 19. Unlike previous years, the SCGA only received access to one trip in 2026 from Bandon Dunes Resort.
Registration Closes: Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

Additional rounds may be arranged at your own expense (standard rates apply) after registration closes. Players have unlimited use of the practice facilities. Expected pace of play is approximately four hours.
MEALS
Three buffet dinners (select beer and wine is included for the first two hours beginning at 7 pm). Closest-to-the-hole awards will be presented at dinner. Breakfast and lunch may be arranged at your own expense.
LODGING OPTIONS
- Round Lake King Room (1 king bed, 1 bath)
Ideal for solo golfers wanting their own space. One golfer per room is the maximum.
Single Occupancy Cost = $3,600
- Round Lake Double Room (2 king beds, 1 bath)
Ideal for two golfers who want to share a room. Two golfers per room is the maximum.
Double Occupancy Cost Per Person = $2,880
- Chrome Lake Double Room (2 king beds, 1 bath)
Ideal for two golfers who want to share a room. Two golfers per room is the maximum.
Double Occupancy Cost Per Person = $2,720
- Chrome Lake Loft (2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 baths)
Ideal for two golfers who want their own rooms. Two golfers per loft is the maximum.
Double Occupancy Cost Per Person = $3,280
Reservations are based on lodging availability. We encourage members to form their own twosome or foursome prior to signing up as this helps us with pairings. Your credit card will not be charged until your registration is confirmed.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Because we commit to resorts and vendors well in advance, our policy helps us manage these obligations fairly and consistently. To cancel or modify your registration for any reason prior to the start of an SCGA Member Outing, participants must notify the SCGA at champs@scga.org or by calling (818) 980-3630.
- Cancellation Deadline: February 1, 2026
- Cancellations on or after the deadline are non-refundable unless the vacated spot(s) can be filled from the waitlist.
- All cancellations, including those made before the deadline, are subject to a 10% processing fee, regardless of whether the spot(s) are resold.
- Substitutions: If you wish to transfer your spot to another player, substitutions are allowed at no additional fee, provided the replacement meets all eligibility requirements. Please notify the SCGA in advance to confirm the change.
